أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حَسَّانُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ الْكَعْبَةَ وَمَعَهُ بِلَالٌ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ فَأَغْلَقُوا عَلَيْهِمُ الْبَابَ مِنْ دَاخِلٍ فَلَمَّا خَرَجُوا سَأَلْتُ بِلَالًا قُلْتُ أَيْنَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ رَأَيْتُهُ «صَلَّى عَلَى وَجْهِهِ حِينَ دَخَلَ بَيْنَ الْعَمُودَيْنِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ» ثُمَّ لُمْتُ نَفْسِي أَنْ لَا أَكُونَ سَأَلْتُهُ كَمْ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) entered the Ka'ba on the day of the Conquest, and with him were Hadrat Bilal and Hadrat Uthman ibn Talha (may Allah be well pleased with them). They closed the door upon themselves from inside. When they came out, I asked Hadrat Bilal (may Allah be well pleased with him): 'Where did the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) pray?' He said: 'I saw him pray facing directly ahead when he entered, between the two pillars on his right.' Then I blamed myself for not having asked him how many units the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم فتح مکہ کے دن کعبہ میں داخل ہوئے اور آپ کے ساتھ حضرت بلال اور حضرت عثمان بن طلحہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما تھے۔ انہوں نے اندر سے دروازہ بند کر لیا۔ جب وہ باہر آئے تو میں نے حضرت بلال رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے پوچھا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے کہاں نماز پڑھی؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے دیکھا کہ جب آپ داخل ہوئے تو سیدھے سامنے دو ستونوں کے درمیان دائیں طرف نماز پڑھی۔ پھر میں نے خود کو ملامت کی کہ میں نے ان سے یہ کیوں نہ پوچھا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے کتنی رکعتیں پڑھیں۔
