أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ أَتَى الْجُمُعَةَ فَسَمِعَ وَأَنْصَتَ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ وَزِيَادَةُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ وَمَنْ مَسَّ الْحَصَى فَقَدْ لَغَا»
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: «Whoever performs ablution and does it well, then comes to the Friday prayer, listens and remains silent, his sins between that Friday and the next Friday will be forgiven, plus three more days. And whoever touches the pebbles has engaged in idle talk.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: «جو شخص وضو کرے اور اچھی طرح وضو کرے، پھر جمعہ کی نماز میں آئے، سنے اور خاموش رہے، تو اس کے گناہ اس جمعہ اور اگلے جمعہ کے درمیان معاف کر دیے جائیں گے اور تین دن کا اضافہ۔ اور جس نے کنکریوں کو چھوا تو اس نے لغو کام کیا۔»
