أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ فَيَأْتِي عَلَى السَّجْدَةِ فَيَسْجُدُ وَنَسْجُدُ مَعَهُ لِسُجُودِهِ»
English Translation
Hadrat Aisha (may Allah be well pleased with her) said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, we see jihad as the best of deeds, should we not perform jihad? He said: «No, the best jihad is an accepted Hajj.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا: میں نے کہا: اے اللہ کے رسول! ہم جہاد کو بہترین اعمال میں دیکھتے ہیں، کیا ہم جہاد نہ کریں؟ فرمایا: «نہیں، بہترین جہاد مقبول حج ہے۔»
