أَخْبَرَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي غَزَاةٍ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا قَالَ «أَمْهِلُوا حَتَّى تَمْتَشِطَ الشَّعِثَةُ وَتَسْتَحِدَّ الْمَغِيبَةُ»
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: We were with the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) in a military expedition, and when we arrived he said: «Wait until the disheveled one combs her hair and the one whose husband was away removes her pubic hair.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک غزوہ میں تھے، جب ہم پہنچے تو آپ نے فرمایا: «ٹھہرو یہاں تک کہ بکھرے بالوں والی کنگھی کر لے اور جس کا شوہر غائب تھا وہ زیر ناف بال صاف کر لے۔»
