أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا مُعْتَرِضَةٌ فِي الْقِبْلَةِ أَمَامَهُ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ غَمَزَنِي بِرِجْلِهِ»
English Translation
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aishah (may Allah be well pleased with her) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would pray while she was lying across in front of him facing the qiblah. When he wanted to pray the witr, he would nudge her with his foot.
Urdu Translation
اُمّ المؤمنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نماز پڑھتے اور وہ قبلے کی طرف آپ کے سامنے آڑی لیٹی ہوتی۔ جب آپ وتر پڑھنا چاہتے تو اپنے پاؤں سے انہیں ٹہوکا لگاتے۔
