أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِمَالٍ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ فَقَسَمَهُ حَتَّى صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ مَنْزِلَ عَائِشَةَ فَصَلَّى الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ وَقَالَ «شَغَلَنِي هَذَا الْمَالُ عَنِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ فَلَمْ أُصَلِّهِمَا حَتَّى كَانَ الْآنَ»
English Translation
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet ﷺ was brought wealth after Dhuhr, so he distributed it until he prayed Asr. Then he entered the house of A'ishah and prayed the two rak'ahs after Asr, and he said: 'This wealth occupied me from the two rak'ahs after Dhuhr, so I did not pray them until now.'
