حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ السَّكَنِ بِوَاسِطَ ثَنَا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ الشَّحَّامُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَتْ أُمُّ وَلَدٍ لِرَجُلٍ كَانَ لَهُ مِنْهَا ابْنَانِ مِثْلُ اللُّؤْلُؤَتَيْنِ وَكَانَتْ تَشْتُمُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَيَنْهَاهَا وَلَا تَنْتَهِي وَيَزْجُرُهَا وَلَا تَنْزَجِرُ فَلَمَّا كَانَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ ذَكَرْتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَمَا صَبَرَ أَنْ قَامَ إِلَى مِغْوَلٍ فَوَضَعَهَا فِي بَطْنِهَا ثُمَّ اتَّكَأَ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى أَنْفَذَهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَ��ْهَدُ أَنَّ دَمَهَا هَدَرٌ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: There was an umm walad (mother of his child, a slave woman) belonging to a man, and she had borne him two sons like two pearls. She used to insult the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and he would forbid her but she would not stop, and he would rebuke her but she would not refrain. One night she mentioned the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) (insultingly), and he could not bear it, so he rose and placed the sword between her (and killed her). The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was told of this, so he stated: "Bear witness that her blood is lawful (i.e., no retaliation is due)."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے: ایک شخص کی ام ولد (لونڈی جس سے اولاد ہو) تھی، اس سے اس کے دو بیٹے تھے موتیوں جیسے خوبصورت۔ وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو گالی دیتی تھی، وہ شخص اسے منع کرتا لیکن وہ باز نہ آتی، اور ڈانٹتا لیکن وہ نہ رکتی۔ ایک رات اس نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا (توہین آمیز) ذکر کیا تو وہ صبر نہ کر سکا اور اٹھ کر تلوار اس کے درمیان رکھ دی (اور اسے قتل کر دیا)۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو اطلاع دی گئی تو ارشاد فرمایا: "گواہ رہو کہ اس کا خون مباح ہے (یعنی قصاص نہیں ہے)۔"
