حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلِ بْنِ خَلَفٍ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى الْقَاضِي ثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقِبْلَةِ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ قَتَلَ فَيُقْتَلَ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ أَوْ قَالَ «الْخَارِجُ مِنَ الْجَمَاعَةِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
English Translation
Hadrat Aisha (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The blood of a person from the people of the Qiblah is not lawful except for one of three reasons: one who kills, so he is killed (in retaliation); a married person who commits adultery; and one who separates from the congregation" — or he said: "one who leaves the congregation." This is a hadith sound on the criteria of both Bukhari and Muslim, though they did not record it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "اہل قبلہ میں سے کسی شخص کا خون حلال نہیں سوائے تین وجوہات کے: جو قتل کرے تو اسے قتل کیا جائے (بطور قصاص)، شادی شدہ زانی، اور جماعت سے الگ ہونے والا" — یا فرمایا: "جماعت سے نکلنے والا۔" یہ حدیث بخاری اور مسلم کی شرط پر صحیح ہے مگر انہوں نے اسے روایت نہیں کیا۔
