أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي بِهَمْدَانَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثَنَا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الظِّنَّةِ وَلَا ذِي الْحِنَّةِ»
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'The testimony of one who is suspected (of bias) is not permissible, nor the testimony of one who harbours enmity.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: 'مشکوک شخص کی گواہی جائز نہیں اور نہ ہی بغض رکھنے والے کی گواہی جائز ہے۔'
