أَخْبَرَنِي الْأُسْتَاذُ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ إِنَّ الْأَنْصَارَ اشْتَدَّتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّوَانِي فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لِيَدْعُوَ لَهُمْ أَو يَحْفِرَ لَهُمْ نَهْرًا فَأُخْبِرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «لَا تَسْأَلُونِي الْيَوْمَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا أُعْطِيتُمْ» فَلَمَّا سَمِعُوا مَا قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَالُوا ادْعُ اللَّهَ لَنَا بِالْمَغْفِرَةِ قَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْأَنْصَارِ وَلِأَبْنَاءِ الْأَنْصَارِ وَلِأَبْنَاءِ أَبْنَاءِ الْأَنْصَارِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
English Translation
The Ustadh Abu al-Walid informed me, al-Hasan ibn Sufyan narrated to us, Abd al-Warith ibn Abd al-Samad narrated to us, my father narrated to me, Abdullah ibn Abi Yazid narrated to me from Musa ibn Anas, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: 'The Ansar were suffering from the difficulty of drawing water for irrigation, so they came to the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) to ask him to supplicate for them or dig a canal for them. The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was informed and he stated: "Do not ask me for anything today except that it will be given to you." When they heard what the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said, they said: Supplicate to Allah for our forgiveness. He stated: "O Allah, forgive the Ansar, and the children of the Ansar, and the children of the children of the Ansar."' Authentic chain, though neither narrated it. Authentic.
Urdu Translation
استاذ ابو الولید نے مجھے خبر دی، حسن بن سفیان نے ہم سے بیان کیا، عبد الوارث بن عبد الصمد نے ہم سے بیان کیا، میرے والد نے مجھ سے بیان کیا، عبد اللہ بن ابی یزید نے مجھ سے موسیٰ بن انس سے بیان کیا، وہ حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ فرمایا: 'انصار پر آبپاشی کی سختی بڑھ گئی تو وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں آئے تاکہ آپ ان کے لیے دعا فرمائیں یا ان کے لیے نہر کھودیں۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو خبر دی گئی تو آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: "آج مجھ سے جو بھی مانگو گے تمہیں دیا جائے گا۔" جب انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا ارشاد سنا تو عرض کیا: ہمارے لیے اللہ سے مغفرت کی دعا فرمائیے۔ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: "اے اللہ! انصار کو بخش دے، انصار کی اولاد کو بخش دے، اور انصار کی اولاد کی اولاد کو بخش دے۔"' صحیح الاسناد ہے اگرچہ دونوں نے اسے نہیں نکالا۔ صحیح۔
