أَخْبَرَنِي الشَّيْخُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ فِيمَا قَرَأْتُهُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْكَرَابِيسِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْأَرْكُونِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثَنَا خُلَيْدُ بْنُ دَعْلَجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَمَانُ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ مِنَ الِاخْتِلَافِ الْمُوَالَاةُ لِقُرَيْشٍ وَقُرَيْشٌ أَهْلُ اللَّهِ فَإِذَا خَالَفَتْهَا قَبِيلَةٌ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ صَارَتْ حِزْبَ إِبْلِيسَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ واه وفي إسناده ضعيفان
English Translation
The Shaykh Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq informed me in what I read to him from the original of his book, Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn al-Walid al-Karabisi informed us in Baghdad, Ishaq ibn Sa'id ibn al-Arkun al-Dimashqi narrated to us, Khulayd ibn Da'laj narrated to us from Ata' ibn Abi Rabah, from Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'The security of the people of the earth from discord is allegiance to Quraysh, and Quraysh are the people of Allah. If any tribe from the Arabs opposes them, they become the party of Iblis.' This hadith has an authentic chain, though neither (al-Bukhari nor Muslim) narrated it. It is weak, and in its chain are two weak narrators.
Urdu Translation
شیخ ابو بکر بن اسحاق نے مجھے اپنی اصل کتاب سے خبر دی، محمد بن احمد بن الولید الکرابیسی نے بغداد میں ہمیں بتایا، اسحاق بن سعید بن الارکون الدمشقی نے ہم سے بیان کیا، خلید بن دعلج نے عطاء بن ابی رباح سے، وہ حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ سرکارِ دو عالم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: 'اہلِ زمین کا اختلاف سے امان قریش کی موالات ہے، اور قریش اللہ کے لوگ ہیں۔ جب عرب کا کوئی قبیلہ ان کی مخالفت کرے تو وہ ابلیس کی جماعت بن جاتا ہے۔' یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے اگرچہ دونوں (بخاری و مسلم) نے اسے نہیں نکالا۔ یہ کمزور ہے اور اس کی سند میں دو ضعیف راوی ہیں۔
