حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نُصَيْرٍ الْخَلَدِيُّ ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ ثنا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ وَعَنْ رُكُوبِ الْجَلَّالَةِ وَالْمُجَثَّمَةِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «وَشَاهِدُهُ حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو بِزِيَادَةِ أَلْفَاظٍ فِيهِ» صحيح
English Translation
Narrated from Hadrat Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade drinking directly from the mouth of a waterskin, riding the Jallala [an animal that feeds on filth], and [eating] the Mujathama [an animal that has been tied up and used as a target]. This hadith has a sound chain and they did not record it. Its supporting narration is the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr with additional wordings.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابنِ عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے مشکیزے کے منہ سے پینے سے، جلّالہ (گندگی کھانے والے جانور) کی سواری سے اور مُجثّمہ (باندھ کر نشانے پر استعمال کیے جانے والے جانور) سے منع فرمایا۔ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے اور انہوں نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا۔ اس کا شاہد عبداللہ بن عمرو کی حدیث ہے جس میں مزید الفاظ ہیں۔
