حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَكَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَرْمُلْ فِي السَّبْعِ الَّذِي أَفَاضَ فِيهِ» وَقَالَ عَطَاءٌ «لَا رَمَلَ فِيهِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ
English Translation
Narrated from Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) did not perform ramal in the seven circuits in which he performed the tawaf al-ifadah. Ata' said: "There is no ramal in it." This is an authentic hadith meeting the conditions of the two Shaykhs, yet they did not record it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے طواف افاضہ کے سات چکروں میں رمل نہیں فرمایا۔ عطاء نے کہا: "اس میں رمل نہیں ہے۔" یہ حدیث شیخین کی شرط پر صحیح ہے مگر انہوں نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا۔
