English Translation

"The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) taught a man this supplication for protection from afflictions, to be recited in the morning: 'Bismillahi ala nafsi wa ahli wa mali, fa-innahu la yadh-habu laka shay'un' (In the name of Allah upon my self, my family, and my wealth — for nothing of yours shall be lost)."
