أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ ، أنهما قَالَا فِي الْحُبْلَى :" وَالَّتِي قَعَدَتْ عَنْ الْمَحِيضِ إِذَا رَأَتْ الدَّمَ، تَوَضَّأَتَا وَصَلَّتَا، وَلَا تَغْتَسِلَانِ "
English Translation
Ata and al-Hakam ibn Utaybah both said regarding a pregnant woman and a woman who has passed the age of menstruation: "If they see blood, they both perform ablution and pray, and they do not need to bathe."
Urdu Translation
عطاء اور حکم بن عتیبہ دونوں نے حاملہ عورت اور اس عورت کے بارے میں جس کا حیض بند ہو چکا ہو فرمایا: اگر انہیں خون آئے تو دونوں وضو کریں اور نماز پڑھیں، اور غسل نہ کریں۔
