حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَاتَبَ عَبْدًا لَهُ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ وَلَدًا رِجَالًا وَنِسَاءً، قَالَ :" لِلذُّكُورِ دُونَ الْإِنَاثِ "
English Translation
Ibrahim was asked about a man who contracted a mukatab agreement with his slave, then died and left behind sons and daughters. He said: "(The patronage goes) to the males, excluding the females."
Urdu Translation
ابراہیم سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جس نے اپنے غلام سے مکاتبت کی، پھر فوت ہوا اور بیٹے اور بیٹیاں چھوڑیں۔ فرمایا: "(ولاء) مردوں کی ہے عورتوں کے سوا۔"
