حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ ، قَالَ :" وَلَدُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّه، تَرِثُ فَرِيضَتَهَا مِنْهُ، وَسَائِرُ ذَلِكَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ "
English Translation
Al-Zuhri stated: "The child of a woman involved in li'an belongs to his mother. She inherits her prescribed share from him, and the remainder goes to the public treasury (Bait al-Mal)."
Urdu Translation
زہری نے فرمایا: "لعان والی عورت کا بچہ اس کی ماں کا ہے۔ وہ اس سے اپنا مقرر حصہ پائے گی اور باقی بیت المال میں جائے گا۔"
