حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ :" لَا تَرِثُ أُمُّ أَبِ الْأُمِّ، ابْنُهَا الَّذِي تُدْلِي بِهِ لَا يَرِثُ، فَكَيْفَ تَرِثُ هِيَ؟ "
English Translation
Al-Sha'bi stated: "The mother of the maternal grandfather's father does not inherit. The one through whom she traces her connection does not inherit, so how can she inherit?"
Urdu Translation
شعبی نے فرمایا: "نانا کے باپ کی ماں وراثت نہیں پاتی۔ جس کے ذریعے وہ رشتہ جوڑتی ہے وہ خود وارث نہیں، تو وہ کیسے وارث ہو گی؟"
