Arabic (Original)
وَلَهُمَا : مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا- : { كَانُوا إِذَا مَاتَ فِيهِمْ اَلرَّجُلُ اَلصَّالِحُ بَنَوْا عَلَى قَبْرِهِ مَسْجِدًا } وَفِيهِ : { أُولَئِكَ شِرَارُ اَلْخَلْقِ } 11 - صحيح . رواه البخاري (427) ، ومسلم (528) .
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat ' Aishah (may Allah be well pleased with him) in al-Bukhari and Muslim , "When a pious person amongst them (the Jews and Christians) died they used to build a place of worship and prostration on his grave." In the same Hadith is that "Those are the worst of creatures."
Urdu Translation
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے بخاری و مسلم میں ہے: جب ان (یہود و نصاریٰ) میں کوئی نیک آدمی مرتا تو وہ اس کی قبر پر مسجد بناتے اور اس میں تصویریں بناتے۔ یہ اللہ کے نزدیک بدترین مخلوق ہیں۔
