English Translation
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: "Do not fast continuously (without suhur and iftar). If any of you insists on doing so, then let him fast only until the time of suhur."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہانھوں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا:”(اے لوگو!) مسلسل (بلاسحری و افطاری) روزے نہ رکھو اور جو تم میں سے کوئی ایسا کرنا ہی چاہتا ہے تو وہ سحری تک ایسا کر سکتا ہے۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 955]
