English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There is no compensation for injuries caused by an animal, no compensation for one who dies by falling into a well, and no compensation for one who dies while working in a mine. But for buried treasure (Rikaz), one-fifth is due."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جانور سے جو زخم پہنچے اس پر کچھ بدلہ نہیں اسی طرح کنویں میں گر کر اور”کان“میں کام کرتے ہوئے مر جائے تو کچھ بدلہ نہیں البتہ دفینہ ملنے پر خمس ہے۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 763]
