English Translation
Abdullah ibn Buhaynah (may Allah be pleased with him) — who was from the tribe of Azd Shanu'ah, an ally of Banu Abd Manaf, and one of the Companions of the Prophet — narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) led them in Dhuhr prayer and stood up after the first two rak'ahs without sitting (for tashahhud). The people also stood with him. When he completed the prayer and the people were waiting for his taslim, he said the takbir while sitting and performed two prostrations of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) before making the taslim, then he made the taslim.

سیدنا عبداللہ بن بحینہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہوہ قبیلہ ازدشنوۃ کے ہیں اور نبی عبدمناف کر حلیف اور نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے اصحاب میں سے تھے کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے (ایک دن) لوگوں کو ظہر کی نماز پڑھائی تو (بھولے سے) پہلی دو رکعتوں (کے اختتام) پر کھڑے ہو گئے اور بیٹھے نہیں تو لوگ بھی آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے ساتھ کھڑے ہو گئے یہاں تک کہ جب آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنماز مکمل کر چکے اور لوگ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے سلام پھیرنے کے منتظر ہوئے تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے بیٹھے ہی بیٹھے تکیبر کہی اور سلام پھیرنے سے پہلے دو سجدے کیے اس کے بعد سلام پھیرا۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 471]
