English Translation
Sahl ibn Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The people were commanded by the Prophet (peace be upon him) to place the right hand on the left forearm during prayer."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہلوگوں کو (نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی طرف سے) یہ حکم دیا جاتا تھا کہ نماز میں داہنا ہاتھ بائیں کلائی پر رکھیں۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 426]
