English Translation
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: 'When you call the adhan, raise your voice, for whatever hears the mu'adhdhin's voice — whether jinn, human, or anything else — will testify for him on the Day of Resurrection.'"
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہمیں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا:”جب اذان کہو تو اپنی آواز بلند کرو، اس لیے کہ مؤذن کی دور کی آواز کو (بھی)، جو کوئی جن یا انسان یا اور کوئی سنے گا تو وہ اس کے لیے قیامت کے دن گواہی دے گا۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 373]
