English Translation
Narrated Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): When the complaint about the (wrongs) reaching people from al-Hajjaj was made to him (Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him)), he said, "Be patient, for whatever era comes upon you after this will be even worse than it, and it will keep on like this until you meet your Lord. And I heard (all) this from your Prophet (peace be upon him)."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہجب حجاج سے پہنچنے والی (برائیوں کی) شکایت ان (انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ) سے کی گئی تو انھوں نے کہا کہ صبر کرو کیونکہ اس کے بعد جو دور تم پر آئے گا، وہ تو اس سے بھی بدتر ہو گا، اسی طرح ہمیشہ ہوتا رہے گا یہاں تک کہ تم اپنے پروردگار سے جا ملو اور میں نے (یہ سب) تمہارے نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے سنا ہے۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 2190]
