English Translation
Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The supplication of every one of you is answered so long as he does not become hasty and say, 'I supplicated, but it was not answered.'"
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”ہر کسی کی دعا مقبول ہوتی ہے جب تک کہ وہ جلدی نہ کرے اور یوں نہ کہے کہ میں نے دعا مانگی تھی (لیکن) وہ مقبول نہیں ہوئی۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 2078]
