English Translation
Narrated Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them): When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) burned and cut down the palm trees of Banu An-Nadir at Al-Buwairah, Allah revealed: "Whatever palm trees you cut down or left standing on their roots, it was by the permission of Allah..." (Surah Al-Hashr: 5)
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہجب رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے بنی نضیر کے درخت جلا دیے اور (بعضے) کاٹ دیے جو کہ بویرہ میں تھے تو یہ آیت اتری:”جو درخت تم نے کاٹ دیئے یا انھیں ان کی جڑوں پر قائم رہنے دیا، یہ سب اللہ کے حکم سے ہے ....۔“(سورۃ الحشر: 5)[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1614]
