English Translation
Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "I saw in a dream that people were gathered in an open field. Abu Bakr stood up and drew one or two buckets of water from a well, but with some weakness. May Allah forgive him. Then Umar bin Al-Khattab took the bucket, and in his hands it became a large bucket. I have never seen a strong man work so efficiently as he did, drawing so much water that the people watered their camels and took them to their resting places."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”میں نے (خواب میں) لوگوں کو دیکھا کہ ایک میدان میں جمع ہیں، پس ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کھڑے ہوئے اور کنویں سے ایک یا دو ڈول نکالے مگر ناتوانی کے ساتھ، اللہ ان کو بخشے۔ پھر عمر (بن خطاب) نے وہ ڈول سنبھالا تو ان کے ہاتھ میں جاتے ہی وہ (ڈول) ایک بڑا (موٹھ کا) ڈول ہو گیا۔ میں نے ایسا شہ زور پہلوان، ان کی طرح کام کرنے والا نہیں دیکھا، اتنا پانی نکالا کہ لوگ اپنے اونٹوں کو بھی پلا پلا کر ان کے ٹھکانوں میں لے گئے۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1516]
