English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The fire you kindle is one-seventieth of the heat of Hellfire." Someone said: "O Messenger of Allah! This fire alone would have been sufficient (to punish)." He said: "It (Hellfire) has been increased by sixty-nine parts, each part as hot as this (worldly fire)."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”تمہاری آگ (کی گرمی) جہنم کی آگ کی گرمی کے ستر حصوں میں سے ایک حصہ ہے۔“عرض کی گئی کہ یا رسول اللہ! دنیا کی آگ ہی جلانے کے لیے کافی تھی تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”وہ اس پر انہتر حصے بڑھا دی گئی ہے، ہر ایک حصہ اسی کے برابر گرم ہے۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1382]
