حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُسْلِمٌ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كُلَّ اللَّيْلِ أَوْتَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَانْتَهَى وِتْرُهُ إِلَى السَّحَرِ.
English Translation
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha (may Allah be well pleased with her) says: 'The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) performed the Witr in every part of the night, and his Witr reached up to the last part of the night (Sahar).'
Urdu Translation
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے رات کے ہر حصے میں وتر پڑھا ہے اور آپ کا وتر سحر (رات کا آخری حصہ) تک پہنچا۔
