Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الْغَادِرَ يُنْصَبُ لَهُ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُقَالُ هَذِهِ غَدْرَةُ فُلَانِ بْنِ فُلَانٍ.
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Ibn `Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "Verily, for the one who betrays (breaks his pledge), a flag shall be raised on the Day of Resurrection, and it shall be said, 'This is the treachery of so-and-so, the son of so-and-so.'"
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بے شک بدعہد کے لیے قیامت کے دن ایک جھنڈا کھڑا کیا جائے گا اور کہا جائے گا: یہ فلاں بن فلاں کی بدعہدی ہے۔
