Arabic (Original)
وَقَالَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَأَبِي، أُسَيْدٍ قَالاَ تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أُمَيْمَةَ بِنْتَ شَرَاحِيلَ، فَلَمَّا أُدْخِلَتْ عَلَيْهِ بَسَطَ يَدَهُ إِلَيْهَا فَكَأَنَّهَا كَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ فَأَمَرَ أَبَا أُسَيْدٍ أَنْ يُجَهِّزَهَا وَيَكْسُوَهَا ثَوْبَيْنِ رَازِقِيَّيْنِ.
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Sahl and Abu Usaid that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) married Umaima bint Sharahil, and when she was brought to him, he stretched his hand towards her. It seemed that she disliked that, whereupon the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ordered Abu Usaid to prepare her and to provide her with two white linen dresses
Urdu Translation
ہم سے صدقہ بن فضل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو عبدۃ نے خبر دی، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین سودہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے نکاح مکہ مکرمہ میں فرمایا تھا۔
