حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ بَعَثَهُ فِي الْحَجَّةِ الَّتِي أَمَّرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَبْلَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فِي رَهْطٍ يُؤَذِّنُ فِي النَّاسِ لاَ يَحُجُّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِكٌ وَلاَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ.
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that Hadrat Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (may Allah be well pleased with him) sent him during the Hajj in which the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) had appointed Hadrat Abu Bakr as-Siddiq as the leader of the pilgrims, prior to the Farewell Hajj. On the Day of Sacrifice, he sent him with a group to announce among the people: No polytheist shall perform Hajj after this year, and no one shall perform Tawaf of the Sacred House in a state of nakedness.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے انہیں اس حج میں بھیجا جس میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حجۃ الوداع سے پہلے حضرت ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو امیر بنایا تھا۔ یوم النحر (دسویں ذوالحجہ) کو ایک جماعت کے ساتھ بھیجا کہ لوگوں میں اعلان کریں: اس سال کے بعد کوئی مشرک حج نہ کرے اور نہ کوئی ننگا بیت اللہ کا طواف کرے۔
