حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْلَى الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا إِيَاسُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ـ أَبِي وَكَانَ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الشَّجَرَةِ ـ قَالَ كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْجُمُعَةَ ثُمَّ نَنْصَرِفُ، وَلَيْسَ لِلْحِيطَانِ ظِلٌّ نَسْتَظِلُّ فِيهِ.
English Translation
Hadrat Salamah bin al-Akwa' (may Allah be well pleased with him), who was among the People of the Tree, states, 'We used to offer the Friday prayer with the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and then return while the walls had no shade (i.e., we would return so early).'
Urdu Translation
حضرت سلمہ بن اکوع رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ جو اصحاب شجرہ میں سے تھے، فرماتے ہیں: ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ جمعہ کی نماز پڑھتے تھے پھر واپس لوٹتے تھے اور دیواروں کے سائے نہیں ہوتے تھے (یعنی اتنی جلدی واپس آ جاتے تھے)۔
