Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ أَرَادَ حُنَيْنًا " مَنْزِلُنَا غَدًا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ بِخَيْفِ بَنِي كِنَانَةَ، حَيْثُ تَقَاسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ ".
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) , while going out for the battle of Hunain, said, "Tomorrow Allah willing, we will encamp at Khaif Bani Kinana where the pagans(of Quraish) took the oath of Kufr (against the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) i.e. to be loyal to heathenism, by boycotting Banu Hashim, the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) 's folk. Urdu Translation
ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن عبداللہ اویسی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا مجھ سے ابراہیم بن سعد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا، ان سے سلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے جنگ حنین کا قصد کیا تو فرمایا ”ان شاءاللہ کل ہمارا قیام خیف بنی کنانہ میں ہو گا۔“ جہاں مشرکین نے کافر ہی رہنے کے لیے عہد و پیمان کیا تھا۔
