Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيَدْخُلَنَّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا ـ أَوْ سَبْعُمِائَةِ أَلْفٍ ـ لاَ يَدْخُلُ أَوَّلُهُمْ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ آخِرُهُمْ، وَجُوهُهُمْ عَلَى صُورَةِ الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ ".
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) declared: Verily, seventy thousand — or seven hundred thousand — of my community shall enter Paradise all together. The first of them shall not enter until the last of them has (also) entered, and their faces shall be glowing like the full moon on the fourteenth night.
Urdu Translation
حضرت سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بے شک میری امت میں سے ستر ہزار — یا سات لاکھ — (افراد) بیک وقت جنت میں داخل ہوں گے۔ ان کا پہلا (فرد اس وقت تک) داخل نہ ہو گا جب تک آخری داخل نہ ہو جائے اور ان سب کے چہرے چودہویں رات کے چاند جیسے چمک رہے ہوں گے۔
