حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبَّاسٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ، قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَبُوكَ، وَأَهْدَى مَلِكُ أَيْلَةَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَغْلَةً بَيْضَاءَ، وَكَسَاهُ بُرْدًا، وَكَتَبَ لَهُ بِبَحْرِهِمْ.
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Abu Humaid al-Sa'idi (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: We accompanied the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) in the expedition of Tabuk. The king of Ayla presented a white mule and a cloak as a gift to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) wrote him a treaty granting him authority over his coastal territory.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوحمید ساعدی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ غزوۂ تبوک میں شریک تھے۔ ایلہ کے حاکم (یوحنا بن روبہ) نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں ایک سفید خچر اور ایک چادر بطور ہدیہ پیش کی، اور آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس کے لیے ان کی سمندری آمدنی (کے بارے میں امان کا) معاہدہ لکھ دیا۔
