حَدَّثَنَا خَلاَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كُنَّا إِذَا أَصَابَتْ إِحْدَانَا جَنَابَةٌ، أَخَذَتْ بِيَدَيْهَا ثَلاَثًا فَوْقَ رَأْسِهَا، ثُمَّ تَأْخُذُ بِيَدِهَا عَلَى شِقِّهَا الأَيْمَنِ، وَبِيَدِهَا الأُخْرَى عَلَى شِقِّهَا الأَيْسَرِ.
English Translation
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha al-Siddiqa (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates: When any one of us (the blessed wives) became junub, she would pour water over her head three times with both hands, then rub the right side of her head with one hand and the left side with the other hand.
Urdu Translation
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں: ہم (ازواجِ مطہرات) میں سے جب کسی کو جنابت لاحق ہوتی تو وہ دونوں ہاتھوں میں پانی لے کر سر پر تین مرتبہ ڈالتیں، پھر ایک ہاتھ سے سر کے دائیں حصے کا اور دوسرے ہاتھ سے بائیں حصے کا غسل کرتیں۔
