حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حَمْزَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا يَزَالُ الرَّجُلُ يَسْأَلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَيْسَ فِي وَجْهِهِ مُزْعَةُ لَحْمٍ ". وَقَالَ إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ تَدْنُو يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْعَرَقُ نِصْفَ الأُذُنِ، فَبَيْنَا هُمْ كَذَلِكَ اسْتَغَاثُوا بِآدَمَ، ثُمَّ بِمُوسَى، ثُمَّ بِمُحَمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم ". وَزَادَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ " فَيَشْفَعُ لِيُقْضَى بَيْنَ الْخَلْقِ، فَيَمْشِي حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ بِحَلْقَةِ الْبَابِ، فَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَبْعَثُهُ اللَّهُ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا، يَحْمَدُهُ أَهْلُ الْجَمْعِ كُلُّهُمْ ". وَقَالَ مُعَلًّى حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ.
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat `Abdullah bin `Umar that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "A man keeps on asking others for something till he comes on the Day of Resurrection without any piece of flesh on his face." The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) added, "On the Day of Resurrection, the Sun will come near (to, the people) to such an extent that the sweat will reach up to the middle of the ears, so, when all the people are in that state, they will ask Adam (upon him be peace) for help, and then Moses (upon him be peace), and then Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)." The sub-narrator added "Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) will intercede with Allah to judge amongst the people. He will proceed on till he will hold the ring of the door (of Paradise) and then Allah will exalt him to Maqam Mahmud (the privilege of intercession, etc.). And all the people of the gathering will send their praises to Allah
Urdu Translation
ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، عبیداللہ بن ابوجعفر سے، کہا میں نے حمزہ بن حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر سے سنا، کہا میں نے حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے سنا، فرمایا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا آدمی لوگوں سے مانگتا رہتا ہے یہاں تک کہ قیامت کے دن آئے گا تو اس کے چہرے پر گوشت کا ایک ٹکڑا بھی نہ ہو گا۔ اور آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا قیامت کے دن سورج لوگوں کے اتنا قریب آ جائے گا کہ پسینہ آدھے کان تک پہنچ جائے گا، جب لوگ اس حال میں ہوں گے تو انہوں نے حضرت آدم علیہ السلام سے مدد مانگی پھر حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام سے پھر حضرت محمد صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے۔
