Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، قَالَ خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَسْتَسْقِي وَحَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ.
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Abbad bin Tamim (may Allah be well pleased with him) from his uncle (Hadrat Abdullah bin Zaid, may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) went out to offer the Istisqa (prayer for rain) and turned his cloak inside out.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عباد بن تمیم رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ اپنے چچا (حضرت عبداللہ بن زید رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم استسقاء (بارش کی دعا) کے لیے تشریف لے گئے اور اپنی چادر مبارک کو الٹا کر اوڑھ لیا۔
