حَدَّثَنا أَحْمَد بن عبد الله أبو بَكْر حَدَّثَنا جعفر بن سلمة حَدَّثَنا حماد بن الجعد عَنْ قَتَادةَ عن ابْنِ سِيرِين عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ المعدن جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمس اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ المعدن جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمس
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Abdullah Abu Bakr narrated to us, Ja'far ibn Salama narrated to us, Hammad ibn al-Ja'd narrated to us from Qatada from Ibn Sirin from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The mine is jabbar [no liability], the well is jabbar, and in buried treasure is one-fifth."
