حَدَّثَنا عمر بن الخطاب حَدَّثَنا أبو سعيد الجعفي حَدَّثَنا علي بن مسهر عن عاصم الأحول عن محمد بن سيرين عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إذا اتى أحدكم الصَّلاة فلياتها وعليه السكينة فليصل ما أدرك وليقض ما سبقهوهذا الحديثُ لا نعلمُ أسنده عن عاصم إلا علي بن مسهر حَدَّثَنا علي بن مسهر عن عاصم الأحول عن محمد بن سيرين عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إذا اتى أحدكم الصَّلاة فلياتها وعليه السكينة فليصل ما أدرك وليقض ما سبقهوهذا الحديثُ لا نعلمُ أسنده عن عاصم إلا علي بن مسهر
English Translation
Umar ibn al-Khattab narrated to us, Abu Sa'id al-Ju'fi narrated to us, Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us from Asim al-Ahwal from Muhammad ibn Sirin from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When one of you comes to the prayer, let him come with tranquility. Let him pray what he catches and complete what he missed." And this hadith - we know of no one who narrated it with a chain from Asim except Ali ibn Mushir.
