وحَدَّثَنا زياد بن يحيى حَدَّثَنا الأغلب بن تميم حَدَّثَنا يونس وهشام عن مُحَمَّد عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عمتها أو على خَالَتِهَاوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ يونس وهشام إلا الأغلب ولم نسمعه إلا من أبي الخطاب والأغلب لم يكن بالحافظ وحدث عنه زيد ابن الحباب وغيره من أصحابنا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عمتها أو على خَالَتِهَاوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ يونس وهشام إلا الأغلب ولم نسمعه إلا من أبي الخطاب والأغلب لم يكن بالحافظ وحدث عنه زيد ابن الحباب وغيره من أصحابنا
English Translation
And Ziyad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-Aghlab ibn Tamim narrated to us, Yunus and Hisham narrated to us from Muhammad from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade that a woman be married along with her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt. And this hadith - we know of no one who narrated it from Yunus and Hisham except al-Aghlab, and we did not hear it except from Abu al-Khattab. Al-Aghlab was not a reliable memorizer, and Zayd ibn al-Hubab and others from our companions narrated from him.
