حَدَّثَنا عمرو بن علي حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّد بن جعفر حَدَّثَنا شُعْبة عن عدي بت ثابت عن أبي حازم عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عن التلقي وأن يبيع مهاجر لأعرابي وأن يسوم الرجل على سوم أخيه وعن التصرية والنجش صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عن التلقي وأن يبيع مهاجر لأعرابي وأن يسوم الرجل على سوم أخيه وعن التصرية والنجش
English Translation
Amr ibn Ali narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us from Adiyy ibn Thabit from Abu Hazim from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited intercepting traders, and a city-dweller selling on behalf of a desert-dweller, and a man bidding over his brother's bid, and at-tasriyah (retaining milk to deceive the buyer), and an-najsh (bidding up the price without intending to buy).
