حَدَّثَنا أحمد بن أبان القرشي والعباس بن يَزِيد قَالاَ حَدَّثَنا مروان بن معاوية حَدَّثَنا إدريس بن يَزِيد عن أبيه عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نهران من الجنة النيل والفراتوهذا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عن إدريس إلا مروان ويحيى بن زكريا الأنصاريّ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نهران من الجنة النيل والفراتوهذا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عن إدريس إلا مروان ويحيى بن زكريا الأنصاريّ
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Aban al-Qurashi and al-Abbas ibn Yazid narrated to us, they said: Marwan ibn Mu'awiyah narrated to us: Idris ibn Yazid narrated to us from his father from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two rivers are from Paradise: the Nile and the Euphrates." This hadith is not known to have been narrated from Idris except by Marwan and Yahya ibn Zakariyya al-Ansari.
