حَدَّثَنا عبد الله بن سعيد الكندي حَدَّثَنا عبد الله بن إدريس عن أبيه وعمه داود عن أبيهما عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أخوف ماأخاف عليكم الأجوفان الفرج والفموهذا الحديثُ لا نعلم يروى عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الوَجْه ولاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عن إدريس إلا ابنه ورواه عن داود غير واحد اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أخوف ماأخاف عليكم الأجوفان الفرج والفموهذا الحديثُ لا نعلم يروى عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الوَجْه ولاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عن إدريس إلا ابنه ورواه عن داود غير واحد
English Translation
Abdullah ibn Sa'id al-Kindi narrated to us: Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us from his father and his uncle Dawud from their father from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most fearful thing I fear for you is the two hollow ones: the private parts and the mouth." This hadith is not known to be narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) except through this route. We do not know anyone who narrated it from Idris except his son, though others narrated it from Dawud.
