حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّد بن موسى الحرشي حَدَّثَنا المعتمر عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال هذا شهر رمضان وهو شهر مبارك افترض الله صيامه تفتح فيه أبواب الجنة وتغلق فيه أبواب الجحيم وتصفد فيه الشياطين وفيه ليلة خير من ألف شهر من حرمها فقد حرموهذا الحديثُ قد رواه عن أيوب غير واحد اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال هذا شهر رمضان وهو شهر مبارك افترض الله صيامه تفتح فيه أبواب الجنة وتغلق فيه أبواب الجحيم وتصفد فيه الشياطين وفيه ليلة خير من ألف شهر من حرمها فقد حرموهذا الحديثُ قد رواه عن أيوب غير واحد
English Translation
Ibrahim narrated to us, Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us from Ayyub from Muhammad ibn Sirin from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: "Whoever breaks his fast on a day of Ramadan without a concession or illness, fasting for the rest of his life will not make up for it even if he fasts it." This hadith is not known to be narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) except through this chain.
