حَدَّثَنا أحمد بن مَنْصُور وسلمة بن شبيب قالا حَدَّثَنا عبد الرزاق قال أخبرني معمر عن همام عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قيل لبني إسرائيل ادخلوا الباب سجدا وقولوا حطة فقال الذين ظلموا قولا غير الذي قيل لهم قالوا حبة في شعيرة متوركين على أستاههم اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قيل لبني إسرائيل ادخلوا الباب سجدا وقولوا حطة فقال الذين ظلموا قولا غير الذي قيل لهم قالوا حبة في شعيرة متوركين على أستاههم
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Mansur and Salamah ibn Shabib narrated to us, they said: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar informed me from Hammam from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who stated: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "It was said to the Children of Israel: Enter the gate prostrating and say 'Hittah' [forgiveness]. But those who wronged among them changed the words to something other than what was said to them; they said 'Habbah fi sha'irah' [a grain in barley] while sliding on their buttocks."
