حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن الفضل بن موفق حَدَّثَنا زيد بن الحباب حَدَّثَنا حميد المكي مولى آل علقمة عن عَطَاء يعني ابن أبي رباح عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ من رمى بسهم في سبيل الله كان له نورا يوم القيامة
English Translation
Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Fadl ibn Muwaffaq narrated to us, Zaid ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, Humaid al-Makki, the freed slave of the family of Alqamah, narrated to us, from Ata', meaning Ibn Abi Rabah, from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who stated: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Whoever shoots an arrow in the cause of Allah, it will be a light for him on the Day of Resurrection.»
