وَبِهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصلاة ثلاثة أثلاث الطهور ثلث والركوع ثلث والسجود ثلث فمن أداها بحقها قبلت منه وقبل منه سائر عمله ومن ردت عليه صلاته رد عليه سائر عملهوهذا الحديثُ إنما يحفظ من حديث الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن كعب من قوله ولا نعلم أحدا أسنده فقال عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إلا المغيرة بن مسلم وَلَمْ يُتَابَعْ عَلَيْهِ الصلاة ثلاثة أثلاث الطهور ثلث والركوع ثلث والسجود ثلث فمن أداها بحقها قبلت منه وقبل منه سائر عمله ومن ردت عليه صلاته رد عليه سائر عملهوهذا الحديثُ إنما يحفظ من حديث الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن كعب من قوله ولا نعلم أحدا أسنده فقال عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إلا المغيرة بن مسلم وَلَمْ يُتَابَعْ عَلَيْهِ
English Translation
And with it he stated: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Prayer consists of three thirds: purification is one-third, bowing is one-third, and prostration is one-third. Whoever performs it properly, it is accepted from him, and the rest of his deeds are accepted. And whoever has his prayer rejected, the rest of his deeds are rejected.» This hadith is preserved only from the hadith of al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Ka'b as his own statement. We do not know that anyone attributed it to Abu Salih, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) except al-Mughirah ibn Muslim, and he was not corroborated in it.
